Jane B. Martin, Esq. and Elizabeth M. Teklinski, PhD. both began their professions at Bay Harbor, Michigan—recruited by the original development team. Together, they created Mission North International Development Partners, LLC. Mission North is led by highly hands-on sales and marketing strategists who have closed just over one billion dollars in real estate transactions over the course of their celebrated careers. Martin and Teklinski both began their professions at Bay Harbor, Michigan—winner of the esteemed 2003 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Award for Excellence in Design, Planning, and Development. Later, they went on to distinguish themselves as top producing brokers— Martin founding two premier, boutique real estate brokerage companies in Charleston, South Carolina and then in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Teklinski helping sell out Colorado developments in High Plains Village at Centera in Loveland; Stapleton in Denver, and BelMar in Lakewood.
