• e number of parking spaces is to be the minimum required to handle the Owner’s parking needs. Each Homesite is to provide a minimum of two covered parking space and one guest and/or cart space (covered or uncovered).
• Outdoor parking areas are to be screened from adjacent roads and neighboring Homesites by utilizing thoughtful siting techniques in combination with planting, grading and/or low site walls.
• Parking spaces are to have a minimum dimension of 9 feet by 18 feet and cart parking spaces a minimum of 6 feet by 12 feet and
are to be located within the Improvement Envelope. Enclosed parking spaces within a garage are to be located within the Building Envelope.
