Apollo 16 astronaut Charles M. Duke appears in this image picking up a sample container bag from the Lunar Roving Vehicle (LRV) while performing the second Extravehicular Activity (EVA-2) at the Descartes Landing Site on April 22, 1972. During EVA-2, the LRV traveled 7.14 miles.
