As the pair discuss their recent step up to President’s Team level, they’re lounging by an exotic hotel pool, enjoying the crystal clear water in a top notch hotel in Lagos. “This is a dream that may not have come true if I had not joined NeoLife years ago,” Hammed explains.
Hammed came from an extremely poor background but was lucky enough to have attended university. “The only hope I had of becoming successful was hinged on my academic success.” Despite graduating as one of the top 5 students in his engineering class, Hammed struggled to find a job. He tried to start a freelance computer school but failed because he did not have the money to keep it running. “One of his students noticed his passion for business and our miserable way of life, and she introduced Hammed to her brother, who was part of NeoLife,” says his wife and Business partner, Monsurat.
The couple joined and began working their business on a full-time basis, stepping up to Managers and Senior Managers within two months. “Only once did we not make a bonus cheque and that was the month we started. Since we became NeoLife Distributors, we have always received a bonus cheque.”
