Monday and Bukola say their recent step up has had an incredible effect on their team. “The fact that we became 3 Ruby Directors in May 2019 and 8 months later, we stepped
up again really motivated our team. In fact, since becoming part of the President’s Team, two of our Directors took their steps to Sapphire Director, and one of our Ruby Directors moved up to become 3 Ruby Directors. When a leader steps up it opens the way for others, and they can see that.”
