HEALTH AND PERSONAL PROBLEMS
If you feel unwell you need to let your host family know and they will contact College Guardians.
You will be registered with a doctor close to your school, but if you need to see a doctor whilst staying with your host, you can register as a temporary patient.
Child Protection
College Guardians takes the welfare and safeguarding of children very seriously.

Finally – it is important to remember that staying with a host family should be an enjoyable experience. Your hosts have chosen to be a host family because they want to be. They are interested in you and are there to help and look after you. If however you have any problems when staying with
your host please contact College Guardians. If you don’t tell us of any problems we can’t help you so please don’t be afraid to speak out. We are happy to hear from your either in person, over the phone or by email, which ever is easy for you.
