METEORITE WEDDING RINGS
These rings are made from the Gibeon Meteorite which entered Earth’s atmosphere approximately 30,000 years ago. The extreme slow cooling on its journey through deep space created distinctive crystalline structures within the meteorite called Widmanstatten pat-
terns, cosmic patterns that are not duplicated in any of Earth’s native metals. Though officially discovered in the west African desert of Namibia in 1838, local craftsmen had made spearpoints and other tools out
of fragments of this rare space metal for thousands of years. The Gibeon Meteorite, born of the stars,
is estimated to be over four billion years old.
