Jill Silverboard
Mrs. Silverboard has been a local government administrator for 33 years in various Florida cities andispresentlytheDeputyCountyAdministratorforPinellasCounty. Mrs.Silverboardearned
a Masters of Public Administration and is a Credentialed Manager with the International City Management Association. Jill is married to Reid Silverboard, a retired city manager, with 5 children and 5 grandchildren. Jill volunteers with the University of South Florida Masters in Public Administration Advisory Board, Gulf Coast Jewish Family Services, Pinellas/Pasco Jewish Federation, Hillel, Suncoast United Way and previously with the YWCA Board of Trustees. Jill worships at the Temple Beth-El - St. Petersburg. Favorite Scripture: Psalm 23
PRAYER FOR MILITARY
Jo Brower
Ms. Brower, a licensed real estate agent, is also the co-founder and Executive Director of Remember Honor Support, Inc (RHS). RHS is recognized for its commitment in honoring the 9/11 tragedy throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area. RHS serves our post-9/11 first responders, veterans and families of the fallen. Ms. Brower also serves on the St. Petersburg College Student Veterans Advisory Board. Jo continues to honor the lives of both her heavenly fiancée and son through her work in the community. Jo loves to participate and give back to other organizations such as: Warrior Games,
St. Petersburg College Student Veterans, Tampa Bay Frogman, and Skyway Run. In recognition of extraordinary advocacy in recognizing our military and first responders, Jo Anne Brower has received the Distinguished Public Service Award given by General Joseph Dunford, Jr. USMC, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Ms. Brower prides herself in being a patriot and is dedicated to giving back to those that have served, and continue to serve our country in keeping from harms way. Ms. Brower resides in St. Petersburg and attends St. Mary’s in downtown St. Petersburg. Favorite Scripture: John 3:16
PRAYER FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT & FIRST RESPONDERS
Officer Brian Hoxie
Officer Hoxie has served with the Clearwater Police Department for five years and graduated from University of South Florida -Tampa in 2016 with Bachelors of Arts in Criminology. Brian is married to Lindsay with one son, James, and a daughter due in December. Brian has volunteered as a DJ/Emcee at the local Tim Tebow - Night to Shine event, is a leader of several discipleship-based bible study groups, is actively involved in teaching discipleship in his church, and a member of Calvary Church’s x150 leadership pipeline. Officer Hoxie was recently named the 2021 Clearwater Civitan Club Officer of the Year for his contributions to the community on and off the job.

PRAYER FOR RELIGIOUS LEADERS
Rev. Pam Dubov
Rev. Dubov, Executive Pastor at St. Paul United Methodist Church, prepared for ministry at Asbury Theological Seminary, graduated from Stetson College of Law, and served Pinellas County in the Property Appraiser’s Office for 27 years before retiring to pursue a call to ministry. She is the widow of the late Bruce J. Dubov, stepmother of three with eight grandchildren and one great-grandson who is the apple of her eye. Rev. Dubov currently serves her community through her church and its outreach activities, and has also served as a member of the Clearwater YMCA Board of Directors, Leadership Pinellas, and the Belleair Rotary Club. “I love that God has granted me a season of service through ministry in a local church. God saved the best for last!” Favorite Scripture: Joshua 1:9
