Changzhi Foster Care Program April 2014 Report Our China Manager Cindy checked with Changzhi and they told her that all our current Foster Care kids will have their paperwork finally submitted in May. Please keep fingers and hearts crossed that this does indeed happen and that their photos are good and capture their personalities. I always wonder if the photos that get submitted and sent to agencies or lists are going to tug on someone’s heart, show how special they really are and help their forever families find them. Bennett Bennett, 29 months, loves listening and dancing to music with his foster granny and knows how to hit the button to start the music again. Last month he was mad when his neighbor friend tried to sit on his scooter. This month he is happily imitating everything she does. Isaac Isaac, turned 4 in April. And drumroll…….he has been using the potty seat and is really proud of his accomplishment. I love the first photo that looks like he has the spotlight on him as if to say, “Hey family, look at me. I’m here, right here!”
