SHANTOU FOSTER CARE PROGRAM MAY 2014 GENERAL PROGRAM UPDATE “It is impossible to help everyone, but everyone can possibly help someone.” Axel is a head turner according to his foster parents. When he goes out on walks with his dad people often comment on how cute he is. I think he is beautiful!! Ava is getting ready to meet her Forever Family!!! She received gifts and photographs of them this week!
