Tongren Tuition Assistance Program Quarterly General Report (March 2014). The first quarter of the year has been unusual, due to the Chinese New Year celebration. Children have their first holiday period after the new year and spring celebration. Holidays have lasted all February and in March we were back to school with new books, new equipment and of course an eagerness to learn,
