SHANTOU FOSTER CARE PROGRAM JUNE 2014 GENERAL PROGRAM UPDATE “Nothing you do for children is ever wasted” ~Garrison Keillor Alan loves to dance! His foster parents tell us that he has a lively and fun personality. We are told that he also likes having his picture taken! Look at Axel a.k.a “Mr. Handsome” standing on his own!! He is doing so well with his foster family. His foster brother is Matthew and they like to play together.
