LWB Foster Care News Chinese New Year 2014 Gong Xi Fa Cai! Happy Chinese New Year! Chinese New st Year began on January 31 and lasted 15 days. During this time, LWB children welcomed the Year of the Horse with their foster families. One special tradition is to give red envelopes or special presents to children for good luck. Because of our sponsors, all of our LWB Etan, of Zhang Village, and his treat! children received special treats! Aiden from ZV loves his envelope! In Tongren, Nicholas enjoyed a new book! John was excited by his treat in Liuzhi.
