Loudi foster care program May 2014 Program Update 21-month-old Chloe is a bright little girl and it sounds like nothing gets past her. She is walking faster and faster now and can catch things. She keeps a close eye on her foster mom and loves going to the market with her. She doesn’t necessarily want to go home…she would prefer to play with her friends and neighbors. She continues to play nicely with little Martin and helps keep him entertained. She always know where he is and is happiest when he’s close-by. Little Greg is 3 months old and doing what is most important at this age…lots of sleeping, eating, and being snuggled. He prefers his foster mom and is slow to smile for strangers. He has a quiet spirit but enjoys being around other people. His foster
