Pancakes, pancakes in my tummy (rub tummy) Pancakes, pancakes are so yummy. (rub tummy) Add some milk, (pour in milk)
And add some flour, (shake in flour)
Add the eggs, (crack in the eggs)
And stir with power! (stirring action)
Pour them in the pan, (pouring action)
And watch them fry, (jiggle a frying pan)
Toss them in the air, (jiggle a frying pan)
And see them fly! (jiggle a frying pan)
One, two, three, whoosh! (gently lift the frying pan for each count then lift it up high on ‘whoosh!’)

Hot pancakes = sing “Lookin’ for some hot stuff” (first line in chorus of the popular Donna Summer song) as you fan yourself to pulse
Cold pancakes = hug yourself, shiver and say “brrr”
Flipping pancakes = jump three times as you say “boing” three times
Stack of pancakes = find a friend or two and hug and say “squish” Flat pancakes = lie on the floor with arms and legs spread out *Running time approx. 3 mins.
