Exclusions and limitations
(1) – Our Health & Safety competent person’s retainer packages are subject to the number of consultancy days allocated to the specific package. In the event of a client exceeding the number of allocated days to their package, additional charges will be applicable based on our standard rates. We will notify our clients on an individual basis at a point where they are approaching the maximum number of consultancy days to their package.
Retainer packages are based on our consultants working a maximum of 8 hours per day inclusive of any travel time and associated administration work. Expense costs are in addition to the cost of all packages, are invoiced separately and are payable within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
All contracts are for the duration of the clients chosen package; however, our minimum term is a 12-month period, and we require 3 months written notice prior to the expiry of the contract.
In the unlikely event of a default in payment by a client, or the client failing to provide the required 3 months notice, we reserve the right to require the balance of the annual retainer contract to be paid in full.
