Exclusions and limitations
(1) – Our Health & Safety competent person’s support packages are subject to the number of consultancy days allocated to the specific package. In the event of a client exceeding the number of allocated days to their package, additional charges will be applicable based on our standard rates. We will notify our clients on an individual basis at a point where they are approaching the maximum number of consultancy days to their package.
Our packages are based on our consultants working a maximum of 8 hours per day inclusive of any travel time and associated administration work. Expense costs are in addition to the cost of all packages, are invoiced separately and are payable within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
All contracts are for the duration of the clients chosen package; however, our minimum term is a 12 -month period, and we require 3 months written notice prior to the expiry of the contract.
In the unlikely event of a default in payment by a client, or the client failing to provide the required 3 months notice, we reserve the right to require the balance of the annual retainer contract to be paid in full.
