OOTS has ‘come of age’ and for this anniversary season we are joined by world class soloists, guest conductors and programming that includes imaginative commissions for OOTS principals alongside some of your favourite repertoire.
I hope you enjoy browsing through this special online season brochure which includes fascinating insight into the lives of our players and what makes OOTS such an inclusive and friendly orchestra! Look out for performances by our Associate Artist, BBC Young Musician of the Year cellist, Laura van der Heijden, and for further concerto performances by former BBC Young Musicians of the Year Guy Johnston, Emma Johnson and Jennifer Pike. Guest conductors include our old friends Julian Lloyd Webber, Franz Krager and Jason Lai.
