Change of Light Bulbs
Our technicians have been busy switching over 100 energy hungry incandescent light bulbs to super
energy-efficient LED bulbs.
These energy-efficient light bulbs consume 75% less electricity, which is great news for the planet and our pockets! Plus, these new
bulbs last up to 25,000 hours (almost 3 years!), 25 times longer
than the conventional ones.
Update on Repainting of the Estate
As of 8 February 2021, 107 units were completed, leaving another 4 units to paint. With the circuit breaker and all the various
different measures linked to the Covid 19 situation, the project has been significantly extended and we aim to have it completed
by end February 2021.
We wish to thank all residents for their cooperation in using the repainting opportunity to clear out their basements. Let’s all play our part in keeping the basements cleared
going forward.
