How to report matters on LifeUp?
Seen something that needs to be reported? Before you blast it in the social chat group or call your council member, please go to LifeUp app and report the incident directly to the Condo Manager. You will have a record of your report and
will be able to track its progress.
Easy as 1..2..3. Here’s how:
Step 1:
Open LifeUp App > Feedback > Find the category
Step 2:
Type in a description and attach the relevant photos.
Step 3: Press ‘Report’.
The Condo Manager will respond to your report ASAP. The status will turn to “received” when the officer is reading it, and they will plan the next steps.
Communication with the Condo Manager
As we are evolving to a digital interface, please use LifeUp App to communicate with Condo Manager for all condo-related matters. Save the Guard House number onto your phone for emergencies.
