The Master’s University (TMU) School of Music produced Menotti’s The Telephone during their annual opera workshop with a 21st-century twist on this comic opera. TMU’s growing vocal department strives to build classically trained vocalists and well rounded musicians who excel in all areas of the music industry.
Vocal studies at Lewis & Clark College involve opportunities for lessons, collaboration through vocal performance workshops (music theatre or opera), and recitals. Students sing for peers, voice faculty, and critique each other in a supportive atmosphere, learning from each other’s strengths and gaining confidence in singing.
