ENQUIRIES
WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We would like you to become an authorized [Maison Rossano] retail partner. Please contact us via email rossano@maisonrossano.com
HOW TO ORDER
You can order by sending us a list of SKUs (or product names) and quantities. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payments via [credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfers]. 50% of the orders must be prepaid and 50% must be paid upon reception of the goods. No orders will be processed until the first payment is received. The balance of the orders must be paid within 21 days of reception of the goods. Failure to respect this deadline will incur an additional cost of 2% of the total order for each days of delay increasing by an additional 2% per day every 15 days thereafter.
FABRICATION & LEAD TIME
Each item that leaves [Maison Rossano] Atelier is handmade to order. Once your order is received it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm the details and be given an estimated ship date. We do everything we can to provide you with an accurate estimate. The usual lead time for wholesale orders is 4-6 weeks, with larger orders sometimes taking longer to fulfill. Orders placed during busy seasons are also likely to have longer lead times. Due to the nature of our one-of-a-kind, artisan made production process, lead times may also change unexpectedly. While unlikely to happen, we would communicate any changes to you promptly.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Shipping & handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship from Québec|Canada. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE ORDERS
We do not offer a drop ship service. All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
[Maison Rossano] will not be responsible for the payment of any customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with the delivery of wholesale orders in your local country. Wholesale customers are solely responsible for any such fees. We ask that you please make yourself aware of any possible fees before placing a wholesale order with [Maison Rossano]. If stock is damaged in transit this is the responsibility of the shipping company, [Maison Rossano] takes no responsibility for shipping once it has left our premises. We encourage you to add additional insurance and tracking to cover such risks. If you, the retailer, engage your own courier service to ship the product then it is your responsibility to seek compensation for any damaged goods.
THE BEAUTY OF FLAWS
[Maison Rossano] products are made by hand, small imperfections, differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.
DAMAGES | DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact [Maison Rossano] at rossano@maisonrossano.com within 3 days of receipts of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 3 days after receipt. Any problems must be reported in writing or by email and the retailer cannot return goods until he has received a written authorization from [Maison Rossano]. Goods sent back without one will not be credited to your account.
RETURNS | EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed in CAD dollars. All [Maison Rossano] products have a suggested retail price (SRP) as specified on the attached price card. Wholesale Buyers retain the right to charge above the SRP; however, they may not charge less than the SRP. In the event that the Wholesale Buyer chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Buyer cannot discount the products more than 15% below SRP without the written approval of [Maison Rossano].
CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
[Maison Rossano] reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of [Maison Rossano].
