A $125,000 Life Insurance Policy Creates a $250,000 Pool of Money for Home Health Care, Assisted Living and Nursing Home Expenses
Life Insurance Purchased EXAMPLE:

You die and $125,000 is paid to your bene ciary
What Happens if You Die While Receiving Payments under the Living Bene t Rider?
EXAMPLE:
If you received $36,000 in bene ts of the $125,000 life insurance policy and then die. Your bene ciaries would receive the balance of $89,000.
Is There Any Life Insurance Left? YES!!!
If you die anytime during or after you have exhausted the Extension of Bene ts Rider, your bene ciaries will receive 25% of the life insurance policy amount.
EXAMPLE:
Your bene ciaries would receive $31,250.
If You qualify for bene ts under the Living Bene t Rider
You are unable to perform 2 of the 6 activities of daily living or have a cognitive impairment.
• Transferring • Toileting
• Eating
• Bathing
• Continence • Dressing
A $125,000 Life Insurance Policy Creates a Pool of Money for Up
to $250,000 that can be used for Nursing Home, Assisted Living Facilities, Home Health Care, or Adult Day Care
If Receiving bene ts under this rider, 4% of the Bene t Amount is Paid Out for up to 25 Months
EXAMPLE:
The Policy would pay out $5,000 a month for 25 months for nursing home, assisted living facility, home health care and adult day care expenses.
What If You Still Need Care After 25 Months?
Then the Extension of Bene ts Rider Is Activated - Extending bene ts up to an Additional 25 months for Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Home Health Care or Adult Day Care Expenses.
EXAMPLE:
The Extension of Bene ts Rider provides up to an additional $125,000 of bene t. The payout process is the same as above, 4% of the death bene t amount.
