The TransSelect 10 will pay 25% of the face amount in a lump sum payment to you.

Life Insurance and Critical Illness -- All in
one policy.
At the end of each term, the policy will automatically renew unless cancelled by the owner. The new premium rate, based on the attained age of the insured and the death bene t, will be presented. The premium change will occur on the group renewal date. Subsequent term periods are 10 years until the expiration date, if earlier.
Accelerated Death Bene t for Critical Care Condition Rider (Rider Form Series CRCCVTVA) Accelerates a portion of the life insurance death bene t if an insured person is diagniosed with a covered critical care condition (cancer, heart attack, major organ transplant surgery, renal failure, or stroke), after the 30-day waiting period.
When exercised, an adminstrative fee of $250 will be deducted from the bene t payment. The accelerated amount will be deducted from the life insurance death bene t and this rider will terminate.
