She came saying, "Blood, blood, blood!" He tossed her almost to the ceiling. She landed on the floor in im modest confusion.
One by one, he called names and gave instructions, and in every case, the one singled out was thrown about and embarrassed. He spoke to a timid young man about 3:00a.m. and said, "If you do not leave the room at once, I will enter into you." The young man dashed out and shivered on the back porch the remainder of the night.
About daybreak, the demon in the man said, "Go to Harar [525 kilometers east of Addis] and find the rooster that has enchantment on his head. Shed his blood on this man's head, and I will come out of him." The group ad mitted failure and gave up trying to oust the devil.
A Lutheran family whose children had received the Holy Ghost opened their home to Tekle for meetings. One night, when the lady of the house became ill, they called Tekle to come and pray for her.
One of her daughters said, "Brother Tekle, I dreamed that my mother died and that the Lord brought her back to life and that she had a baby boy afterward."
As they knelt in prayer around the mother's bed, she died. Remembering the dream, Tekle continued to pray. After thirty minutes he felt her body become warm. He urged the others not to slack in prayer; a few moments later life returned, and she opened her eyes. She had a son a year later.
