CAPABILITY STATEMENT
QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Assurance is becoming increasing important in
the industry. Cambridge Steel Fabricators has invested in StruMis steel fabrication management information and production system which provides industry leading traceability from estimate through to construction.
Quality Control Processes are effective only if they are clearly defined and conveyed to the managers managing the work and tradesmen performing the work. Cambridge Steel Fabricators have documented procedures to cover all key internal processes including but not limited to:
• Document control
• Management of revisions and variations • Procurement
• Material Receipt
• Fabrication
• Welding
• Protective Coatings
• Site Preparation
• Site Completion
We track and report on non-conformance to our processes and review these weekly at our management team meeting.
