Emily established Vista Oaks Realty in 2014 with the philosophy of “serve don’t sell”. This is a value that carries through with everything she does, from giving back to the community by hosting large community events, to being active on social media and always making herself a resource to local residents.
Emily grew up in Santa Rosa, CA. and moved to the Sacramento
area to focus on real estate in 2004. Since then, Emily has had the opportunity to work in nearly every type of market, from the real estate boom in the mid 2000’s, through the housing crisis that began in 2008, and all the way through to present day where we are seeing extraordinary growth in the markets again. She has also worked with every type of buyer and seller. From first time home buyers, move up buyers, investors, down sizing sellers, and everyone in between. From young buyers just out of college looking for their first home, to retired couples looking to find a place to spend the rest of their lives. Having closed hundreds of transactions and having worked with all types of buyers and sellers, Emily’s experience and knowledge is second to none and she has received numerous awards for her achievements.
Despite all of this, Emily continues to have a thirst for knowledge and is always looking to educate herself and become more knowledgable in her field. Among her many accolades, Emily is a Certified Master Negotiating Expert, a Pricing Strategy Advisor, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and a Real Estate Negotiating Expert.
