DECEMBER 7Christmas at Perimeter Greet. Befriend. Invite. On Saturday, December 7, there are lots of events happening at Perimeter that you can share with your neighbors and friends. Take an escape from the busy season to enjoy leisurely shopping, delicious holiday treats, gingerbread building, serving and more! The festivities begin at 9 AM, but you and your guests are welcome to come early or hang out late to take it all in! This day is too fun not to share! Holiday Serve Day SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7 | 9 – 11:30 AM PERIMETER CHURCH Plan to attend our Holiday Serve Day to celebrate the Advent season! This Perimeter tradition will fill your heart with joy! Sign up now for one of our many service projects. Consider inviting your neighbors, friends, and co-workers to serve with you. We will be making blankets, packing art kits, emergency food kits, basic need baskets, and personal hygiene kits. Many families have said this experience is a highlight of their Christmas season. Plan to shop our Holiday Market, enjoy some Christmas treats, and stay for lunch in the Atrium Café decorated with our Festival of Trees. Ultimate Gingerbread House Invitational SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7 | NOON – 2 PM PERIMETER CHURCH Grab neighbors and friends for the second annual Ultimate Gingerbread House Invitational and a fun afternoon of gingerbread house making! Twenty teams will compete to win the Grand Prize of $500 to be donated to a nonprofit of their choice! All houses will be on display Sunday, December 15, but the top five houses will move forward in the competition for final judging at the Christmas Family Fun Fest on Sunday, December 15. All supplies will be provided, but teams are allowed to bring a limited amount of additional supplies if they wish. Community Outreach Holiday Market SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7 | 9 AM – 3 PM PERIMETER CHURCH Avoid all the holiday crowds at the mall. Join Community Outreach for our annual Holiday Market. Here you will find jewelry, winter accessories, women’s clothing, and many unique and beautiful items to purchase for those on your Christmas list. The proceeds from every gift purchased will go directly back to helping those in need in the community. Not only is this “shopping with a purpose,” but you can also take time to sit down and enjoy holiday refreshments with friends in our Atrium Café beautifully decorated with the Festival of Trees! Home for the Holidays – A Celebration Tour! SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7 | 9 -11:30 AM DURING HOLIDAY SERVE DAY PERIMETER CHURCH Come celebrate what God has done in and through our faithful giving and look forward to what’s to come! The Celebration Tour will be filled with encouraging stories from Promise686, Fully Furnished Ministries, and Home Repairs Ministries. Their missions are about giving people a place to call home. Come be encouraged as you hear how lives are being transformed in our city through Perimeter’s Kingdom Investment grants given to these strategic nonprofits.
