Steps to Receive VA Educational Benefits
 Go to www.ebenefits.va.gov/ ebenefits/homepage
 Follow the prompts to register with eBenefits
 Select apply for Educational Benefits
 Follow the remaining prompts to submit the application appropriate for the selected benefit type
