Zinc-It Instant Cold Galvanize is a >93% pure zinc, sacrificial
®
coating that protects ferrous metals from oxidizing. The high
purity, zinc-rich formula creates a galvanic barrier between the

environment and the base metal to prevent the formation or
spread of rust and corrosion.

Electrochemically bonds to metal surfaces.

Quick drying. Dries to the touch in 15 to 30 minutes
Allows treated parts to be handled quickly

Protects ferrous metals substantially longer than zinc paints

Highly resistant to scratching, abrasion, denting,
corrosive environments, salt air, moisture and road salts

Excellent weldability

Ideally suited for a variety of environments including marine,
utility, refinery, water treatment, chemical processing, pulp &
paper, steel manufacturing, general maintenance and repair.
