During Mid 2020, a friend and myself set up Norman Gosling Developments Limited. We had found a plot of land locally that was ideal for us to put our combined 50+ years of knowledge and experience in to building out.
The land already had full approved planning consent for two, 2 bedroom modern bungalows. We made some minor amendments that allowed us to add our own print on to the development.
We learnt throughout the process, which during Covid brought its own obstacles of material shortages and labour cost hikes.
The finished properties looked amazing, thanks to the excellent work done by the skilled tradespeople we carefully chose and closely supervised.
The feedback we have had from the buyers has been fantastic, from high standards, customer care and responsive actions.
