Hi, I’m Stephen Fitzgerald - property investor and developer based in
Scotland’s central belt, with a focus on Glasgow, South Lanarkshire,
and Renfrewshire.
With a background in construction and a trade as a joiner, I’ve always
had a passion for adding value to property. Seven years ago, I took the
leap into property investment, and it’s been an incredible journey ever
since.
Over the past two years, my business has grown at a rapid pace,
completing multiple property deals and scaling up significantly. Now,
I’m looking to take things to the next level. I’m actively seeking funding
partners to collaborate on larger projects, expand my portfolio, and
maximise investment opportunities. We have a current development
pipeline between planning and legals at £20m GDV.
