Our investment strategy is based around buying below market value, then adding value through refurbisment.
This enables us to re-finance and release equity through the higher value, paying back our private lenders.
Loan Agreement
We put in place with our private lenders a loan agreement that outlines all the terms associated with their investment.
All monies will be subject to Anti-Money Laundering checks via our Solicitors to ensure it has come from an appropriate source. If required, the investor can also request a personal guarantee.
