‣ Offices in the heart of Birkdale Village that I will be converting to two luxury apartments.
‣ An unloved 12-bedroom hotel near Lord St. in Southport that I will be converting to eight top-spec apartments.
‣ A fantastic 33-bed care home in Southport which I will be converting to 12 high-end apartments, with additional land to develop at a later stage.
