BCAC VICE PRESIDENTS
DEIDRA E. JOHNSON, MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
November is a month filled with hope, harvest, and hearts filled with gratefulness. We celebrated birthdays, Deltaversaries, and even shared some tears together while still spreading thankfulness all around us. Membership Services hosted a Thank You Card Campaign to give thanks to our charter members and past chapter presidents to let them know how much they are appreciated and loved along with expressing the impact of their leadership. Sorors participated in many activities throughout the month as well as attended the 55th National Convention. We are grateful for BCAC and all our sisters near and far!
Any sorors may submit their names and contact information to membershipservices@bcacdst.org if they are interested in any of the following sub-committees or if they would like to send any announcements or require membership services assistance.
MONICA STOKES, PROGRAM PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
On October 30, 2021, BCAC hosted its second Mandatory Risk Management Training for Youth Initiative Volunteers where 17 interested individuals participated. Again, as Program Planning and Development, we are excited to align our efforts to meet all qualifications.
March of Dimes initiated a book drive globally this year supporting the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a result, BCAC-DST adopted the NICU at Broward Health Medical Center which empowered BCAC-DST and the members of our community to donate over 571 brand-new books for families in the NICU on Monday, December 20.
Sorors should feel free to reach out at programplanning@bcacdst.org for community projects.
CATHERINE MINNIS, FISCAL AFFAIRS
Committee Fundraising Chairs are asked to submit proposed budgets to fiscalaffairs@bcacdst.org.
