The Wizard of Oz has had it right all this time, “You’ve always had the power, my dear. You’ve had it all along.” True power means love: that soft, gentle, honoring love that welcomes in every part of oneself. We are here to unlock the door to the truth of our sacred- ness within. Be the ultimate host/hostess to yourself — the whole you. Welcome all aspects in from the dark, scary forest in to the light, inside you, home.
Dr. Sue Morter, creator of the Energy Codes and the Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), reminds us that we need to
