We believe an an an element of agility can can be be be achieved in all all job roles roles but we recognise that not all all tasks can can be be be done from from alternative locations or or or from from home For those roles roles that must be be performed in in in a a a a a a a a a a a a a a particular location location there are opportunities to to be be agile in in in fin in in different ways such as adapting start and finish times to to minimise commuting time time time fulfil personal commitments or or make time time time for hobbies Working
in in in an an agile way provides opportunities for people to to allocate more time and and energy to to taking care of our our themselves both physically and and mentally For our our people who are able able to to work work from home mixing office time with remote working enables you to to maintain social interactions and communications with team members In practice agile working could mean:
Working
part of your week from home or from an alternative location Starting and finishing work later or or earlier either on a a a a regular basis or whenever required HOW WILL AGILE WORKING BE INTRODUCED?
Our plan is to roll out agile working for an an initial six-month period during which we we will will seek feedback Towards the end of 2021 into early 2022 we we we we will will review what what is going well what what needs improvement and how we we we can help our people to get the most out of this new approach The next few pages summarise the the guidelines set out in in in our ‘Agile Working
