In fact according to state record, as of 2015, Queen Anne’s County is the top producer of corn, soybean and wheat statewide (maryland.gov).
It is no wonder that Queen Anne’s County has the distinction of being the most productive crop producing county in Mar yland. Over 18,000 acres of farmland have been preserved and there are over 1,000 farms within our region that are five acres or more! We offer a country-side get away from suburbia.
