Hi everyone!

Norm Nichols here filling in for President Dan Schaefer
again this month, as Dan is at a rehab center in Menomonee
Falls. Keep Dan & Marilyn in your prayers as they go through
this difficult time.

We had a beautiful night for our cruise to Laduc’s with a
good turnout.

Our Fall Color Tour October 13 promises to be a great
event as usual. Special thanks to Ed & Joanne Schmidt for plan-
ning and organizing the trip.

Don’t forget the Noon Luncheon Cruise to the Machine Shed October 24 . We can
expect a great meal with excellent service.

Still time to sigh up for the dinner and play at the Memories Ballroom November 3
where we will see The Miss Magnolia Senior Citizen Beauty Pageant. Always a good
time.

We are looking for ideas for cruises and events for next year as we will be finalizing
next year’s calendar of events at our December board meeting. Please bring ideas to
the October or November monthly meetings.

Thanks to Dale Peck for filling in for me at the
September. and October. Meetings as I have been
traveling the countryside.
