Yale University University Todd Brooks is an an an Associate at at Arup’s New York office and and has a a a a a a a a a background in in in acoustics physics engineering and and music Prior to joining Arup Todd Todd was a a a a a a a partner at Artec Consultants Inc in in in New York City Todd Todd has led his team on on large-scale projects including the the the Arsht Center for for the the the Performing Arts in in in in in Miami Florida the the the Salle Pleyel Renovation in in in in in Paris and the Schulich School of Music McGill University Montreal He has collaborated with renowned architectural firms including Cesar Pelli and and Associates Coop Himmelb(l)au and and Zaha Hadid Architects He has worked closely with many performing arts groups including the the the Cleveland Orchestra Orchestra the the the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Orchestra the the the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and l’Orchestre Symphonique de de Montréal Todd has wide-ranging experience with many building types from designing commercial and and residential properties to conducting noise and and vibration assessments for for for for infrastructure projects Todd has led research efforts in in in over a a a a a a a a dozen major performing arts venues He advocates for for for for the the continued development of of state-of-the-art tools and analytical methods to to inform designs including room acoustics computer modeling and noise isolation predictions His academic degrees include an an an MPhil in in in in in Mechanical Engineering Yale Yale University University 1999 an an an an MS in in in in in Mechanical Engineering Yale Yale University University 1998 and and a a a a a a a a BS in in in in in Physics with distinction and and a a Minor in in in Music University of Washington 1996 PARKER BUNCE

graduating in in in in 2014 Parker is interested in in in in design that addresses social technical and and logistical contexts simultaneously and and head-on as as well as as projections of architecture and and urbanism into the the the far future and and onto other worlds His undergraduate thesis ‘Transorbital Urbanism ’ projected a a a a a a a a a a new future for for humanity in in in space with a a a a a a a a realistic eye toward the limitations and complexities inherent in in in such a a a a a a a a foreign environment The project implemented a a a a a a a a multi-scalar integration of technology the the human body and the the material economy to support orbital urbanism Parker has previously worked for Studio THEM Redais EASTON+COMBS and Evan Evan Douglis Douglis Studio Studio While at Evan Evan Douglis Douglis Studio Studio Parker was the lead designer for several projects including Xenomorph and and and Sonicloud and and and took a a a a a a a a a lead role in in in design manufacturing and and and prototyping Parker is currently a a a a a a a a a designer for Theverymany working with complex assembly systems using custom-scripted computation tools which he he helps to develop He has acted as as fabrication designer for a a a a a a a a a number of recent and upcoming permanent public art installations including Pillars of Dreams (North Carolina) Zephyr (Texas) (Texas) Hollowflow (California) Meanderwing (Texas) (Texas) and Charleston East Plaza Anchor Artwork (California) 850
