 Rezzers,
Another year in the books for Resultant. And, oh, what a year it has been! We have made an incredible impact across the country, fulfilling our mission and positively impacting people in many, many ways. As I reflect on the year, two words come to mind: gratefulness and perseverance.
Gratefulness for the people at our great organization. It always strikes me most when I hear from people new to Resultant. They comment on how smart, helpful, kind, and hardworking everyone is. It’s also something I hear from clients and the community at large. It makes me very proud.
Perseverance because 2022 was a hard year. We faced some challenges, both positive and negative, that required our organization and many of us individually to exercise our grit. I heard a number of you say that we had to “mature” the business and I think that’s right. It was a year of growth, not just from a size and impact perspective, but from a business maturity perspective. I also know many of you overcame significant personal challenges, which required even more perseverance. And you supported each other through it.
As we close the year, our business is doing very well. We will have grown by about 20% and we have addressed the profitability challenges we faced in the first half of the year. Encouragingly, the outlook for 2023 and beyond looks even better. It’s going to be a fun ride.
I am proud of all of you and I am proud of the positive impact you are making. The world is better off because Resultant is out there solving problems. Thank you so much for being the engine behind that.
