Vin Sullivan has had a long association with Continental Chef’s Supplies - the specialist suppliers of the finest chef’s equipment for both kitchen and front of house.
No CCS products are stocked, but we simply order them on your behalf - this means that there are no minimum orders, no carriage charges and at the same prices, the goods are sent along with your food orders from ourselves.
We carry a range of knives made by Samuel Staniforth in Sheffield. With over 100 years of experience in the production of forged cutlery, the range is extensive and can be ordered for especially for you.
Vin Sullivans do carry a large stock of baking parchment, catering foil and cling film, which is now anti-bacterial, and available in different sizes.
There is also a range of four different wood chips and dusts if you wish to do your own smoking.
