We visit Aldeburgh where shermen still sell their catch on the beach. We stop for sh & chips at the iconic Flora Tea Rooms on Dunwich Beach. Then in the a ernoon, we have free time to explore the charming seaside town of Southwold on the Su olk Heritage Coast.
Ipswich
We spend a free morning exploring the historic centre and waterfront.
River Deben Cruise
In the a ernoon we drive to Old Waldring eld for a cruise along the beautiful River Deben with tea and cake.
HMS Ganges Museum
on the Shotley Peninsula From 1905 until 1976,
HMS Ganges was an uncompromising training establishment for the Royal Navy.
Old Harwich, Flatford Mill and East Bergholt
A er lunch at Old Harwich and Ha’ Penny Pier, we bask in the beauty of Constable Country with a visit to the Red Lion pub by the church where Constable was baptised.
