2020 was our first season as a team at British level in motocross, we've established ourselves in a very short space of time as a professional looking team. We have everything in place and a place for everything.
I've spent quite a few years working with pros at the highest level so I know how it works and what riders expect for a team to run smoothly. As much as
I apreciate how much fun must be had at the races, I respect and appreciate the sponsors efforts so I expect 100% from everyone.
In Year One, we started not so much for results, but more to gain experience
- we've done exactly that. Coming from such a passionate background to win
- I find now myself looking towards the result sheets. Another thing I firmly believe in is being up to date and extremely active on social media - every event we have a professional edit filmed of how our team has performed and also to give a huge thank you to our sponsors.
For 2021, I have the chance of signing a very talented Irish rider, that when fully fit, stands a super chance of weekly podiums. He has the self belief to win. Our other main rider had a successful youth career before a nasty injury sidelined him for a couple of years. Now fully fit, the 20 year old has shown incredible speed - keeping up with some of the best on the scene.
We also have a 25 year old lad that support rides with us. He has never ridden a big series, but within three races he has broken the top 20 of the British Championship, the fire in his belly is something you really don't see any more
- no matter where he sits you can be sure he's putting in 110% and fighting every lap.
As a team, we want to be here for a long time and not become a ‘one season wonder’. I personally know what is expected from everybody - from the riders to the team cook! We want to become known as a team that builds a great relationship with everyone and is known for a passion and desire to do well. Our main goal for 2021 and the future is to keep gaining experience but we are not here to make up the numbers, we want top tens, top fives and
podiums no matter where we race...
