Heidi Souther
Heidi joins The Crew Hunter remotely from Australia after working within the yachting Industry worldwide for the last 10 years, most recently as a Chief Stew and Purser. Loving to work with people, she always found a great deal of enjoyment in the recruitment and is excited to be working on this side of the process, in helping to cultivate the ideal relationship between job seekers and ship management. Heidi is now the contact for the Crew Hunter in the Pacific and is a constant line of communication and support for both clientele and crew.

Chaitra Narayanappa
Coming from India, Chaitra moved to France in 2016 to complete a Master’s degree in International Management majoring in HR.
She joined The Crew Hunter team to do an Internship as a part of the Master’s Programme and chose to continue learning and improving her business and office skills with the company. Chaitra has discovered that she loves being a part of the challenge and satisfaction of connecting the right candidates with the perfect role.

Cindy Moreno
Cindy has completed a degree in Tourism and Hotel Business Administration in Colombia. Cindy’s trajectory has mainly been in the hotel and cruise ship industry, where she worked as an administrator within the F&B department. It was there she discovered her passion for working with people and decided to specialize in the Human Resources field. As a result, she finds herself living in France studying an International HR Master’s program and working at The Crew Hunter.
