                       Who is it for?
Business Process Analysis training helps evaluate the key business processes to make them as efficient and effective as possible and remove all sources of waste. Organisations are full of processes, not only manufacturing processes but processes for purchasing, warehousing, handling orders, etc. Very often these processes have evolved as the organisation has grown, sometimes keeping pace, sometimes overwhelmed by the sheer size of the organisational growth.
This training is ideal for anyone involved in process improvement or for organisations who are in the process of change and improvement.
What is the aim?
To provide the necessary tools to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in a structured way.
What are the outcomes?
By the end of the training delegates will be able to:
1 Identify a structured approach to process improvement
2 Recognise the importance in identifying the initial condition of a process
3 Understand value stream mapping different work sectors
4 Implement a structured approach to problem solving
5 Recognise the importance of measuring what is most important to the customer
6 Apply a specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely action plan
