Who is it for?
This one-day workshop focusses on the actions and behaviours of a team and how they can impact on other teams across the organisation. This workshop is ideal for organisations who have teams who are required to cooperate across departments. It helps to determine actions needed to work more effectively across departments.
What are the aims?
• To improve co-operation & respect for one another across departments.
• For individuals & teams to have an open dialogue of expectations and requirements
for intra & inter departments
• To improve awareness and identification of responsibilities, common goals,
and outcomes
What are the outcomes?
By the end of the training delegates will be able to:
1 Gain a greater understanding of other departments and individuals
2 Identify the reasons why communication fails across departments
3 Understand how conflict can affect communication
4 Improve communication by understanding your own strengths and weaknesses
5 Take responsibility and accountability to improve cross-department outcomes
6 Understand how your behaviour can impact upon the behaviour of others
7 Value and respect the contributions of others
8 Give open, constructive feedback to team members in other departments
