Who is it for?
This one-day workshop is for anyone who is experiencing stress or change in the workplace, home, or social life. This workshop will help you to understand how to deal with change and stress and the effects it can have on our health and wellbeing.
What is the aim?
This hands-on one-day workshop has been designed as a workshop where people can define and quantify stress and change in the workplace, measure its effects on the organisation, identify organisational and individual influences on stress and change, manage stress and change in the workplace, and develop personal coping strategies.
What are the outcomes?
By the end of the training delegates will be able to:
1 Understand how change can impact on stress
2 Identify the causes and types of stress
3 Identify how change can affect your general health and wellbeing
4 Determine the actions and behaviours to mitigate stress in the workplace
5 Develop SMART actions to improve stress, health and well-being in the workplace
