Blueberry and Kale
INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 Banana
115 grams chopped kale
50 grams blueberries fresh or frozen 125 grams chilled plain low fat yoghurt 1 scoop protein powder
120 millilitres cold water (optional)
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Two handfuls ice
SERVES: 1
TOTAL TIME: 5 Minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender Blend until smooth
Add some of the optional water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Serve immediately
