This memorial was moved to allow a new tramline to the built, and was renovated and placed in a new location in 2017. This work was carried out by the NCCF.
Polished black granite with gilt lettering saying;

The BNTVA Scottish Standard was laid up by Roddy Moffat, who passed away in 2020, in Martin's Memorial Church, Francis Street, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis.
The plaque is black granite with gilt lettering, saying;
DEDICATED TO ALL SERVICEMEN & CIVILIANS WHO TOOK PART IN THE ATOMIC TEST PROGRAMME
AT CHRISTMAS ISLAND, MALDEN ISLAND, MONTEBELLO, EMUFIELD & MARALINGA
ALSO TO THEIR FAMILIES AND THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLES OF AUSTRALIA AND THE SOUTH PACIFIC
